Investors must have incurred a capital gain after October 4, 2019. Please consult with your tax advisor as guidelines are changing.
Qualified Opportunity Funds must be structured as a corporation or partnership for the purpose of investing in a QOZ property. The Funds must be certified by the U.S. Treasury.
